Mixtape Deals offers a 20 day return policy to its customers , a customer has the right to return his or her order should the customer order be under the following categories:
- Damaged upon arrival.
- The customer received a wrong colour.
- The Customer received a wrong order.
- The product is faulty.
- The product stops working within the first 20 days of purchase.
If the customer's order falls under the above mentioned categories , the customer should within 20 days contact us on our email or Whatsapp number with an order number , the date of purchase and with one of the reasons mentioned above as a reason for returning the order. The customer can opt for an exchange or a refund. A refund will be issued to the customer if the order passes the following criteria.
- Product must not be damaged.
- Product must be in its original box with all the accessories that came with it still inside ( it is recommended that you keep the box of the product safe for the 20 days.
- There must be no scratches made by the customer on the product except if it came damaged or scratched.
- It must be clean.

- The company will collect its own returns and if an exchange is requested, the customer will not pay for any shipping as it will be done at the company's cost.
